Two Lights for Tomorrow

Williamson County, Texas, will participate in the Two Lights for Tomorrow program by lighting two lights on the west stairs of the historic courthouse, 710 S. Main Street, in Georgetown on April 18, 2025. This is to commemorate the midnight ride of Paul Revere which occurred 250 years ago and preceded the start of the American Revolution. In addition, the Williamson Museum will host a reading of the poem “The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere” at 1 p.m. on the east side of the courthouse.
